Celonis invites you to join the Orbit Graduate program as an Applied (AI) Value Engineer. You’ll work with strategic customers on the world’s leading PI platform, building AI-driven solutions with partners like Microsoft, OpenAI and Databricks.

The two-year Madrid onboarding with potential relocation to Munich offers rapid professional growth and exposure to global enterprise software. During the Orbit program you’ll gain client engagement experience, mentorship, and hands-on training in

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration).
• Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering value.
• Fluency in German and English (Italian is a strong plus).
• Foundational business acumen and domain understanding (e.g., Supply Chain).

Responsabilidades

• AI Discovery & Solutioning: translate customer requirements into innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Hackathons & Prototyping: build rapid prototypes in customer hackathons.
• Agentic Process Transformation: enable ROI through autonomous AI agents.
• Proof Projects: end-to-end value demonstration projects.
• Specialize in Domains or Industries: scale knowledge across org.
• Business Impact Presentations: quantify strategic value to executives.
• Ensure Successful Project Outcome: maintain involvement until value/adoption thresholds are reached.
• Best Practice Modeling: contribute reusable collateral and tools.
