Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in Valencia, Spain, seeks an Application Support Technician for an initial 6-month contract with long-term potential. The role is based on site in Valencia and offers contractor engagement with the option to work fully onsite.

You will provide support and maintenance for multiple applications, handle Tier 2 issues, and assist during system upgrades. End-user queries from remote locations will also be addressed.

Qualifications

• Experience in application maintenance and general IT support focusing on Microsoft Windows server, SQL Server databases and .NET applications.
• Good knowledge of client/server applications in a Windows/Linux environment.
• Fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
• Ideally working knowledge of MySQL, RedHat Linux server, and Drupal applications, Active Directory Architecture, AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

Application Support Technician – Valencia, Spain – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client, an international IT service provider, is seeking an Application Support Technician to join them as a contractor, with the option to work fully onsite within the charming region of Valencia. Starting at an initial 6 month contract, multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential.

What You’ll Deliver
