Job summary

Qim info SA is seeking an experienced Application Manager for a freelance, 100% remote engagement in Spain. You will own the application portfolio, supervise cloud/on-premises environments, manage access, billing, licences, monitoring, and security, and coordinate service delivery to business teams while ensuring continuous IT services.

We are currently recruiting an Application Manager to support our client’s teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application portfolio as a service owner.
• Manage cloud and/or on-premises applications, including access rights, billing, licences, monitoring, resources, roles, security and updates.
• Coordinate service delivery to business teams and ensure uninterrupted IT services.
• Organise and carry out technical implementations for all changes throughout the application lifecycle. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support with assistance from partners and vendors.
• Manage improvements and corrective changes throughout the application lifecycle.

• Experience with SQL and/or PowerShell is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or on-premises infrastructure components is a plus.
• Knowledge of security policies (GDPR), contract management and SLAs is a plus.
• Experience with documentation management systems such as Confluence or SharePoint is an asset.
