Quintall is seeking a driven professional to join the global Online Business team in Barcelona, Spain. You will drive growth of the digital sales channel and enhance the online experience across platforms, steering clusters and cross-functional projects for measurable performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional experience in E-Commerce, Online Business, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data exchange technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of the digital sales channel and enhance online customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across clusters and global functions.
• Translate market requirements into technical specifications with IT and development teams.
• Monitor API performance, data flows and system integrations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage APIs and automation to improve efficiency and sales.
• Analyze key e-commerce KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support implementation of new tools, processes and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with local market teams to align on business objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
• Develop training and playbooks to translate digital goals into cluster actions.
