Powens is seeking a Technical Integration/Account Management professional to guide customers from initial design through live production of API integrations. You will coordinate with fintechs, banks, and software vendors to ensure compliant, scalable connections and ongoing operational excellence.

You will monitor integration health, identify risks, and lead regular technical reviews with key clients while collaborating with Revenue teams to support retention and expansion.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in Integration/Implementation or Solutions/Accounts roles within SaaS/API space (fintech/finance is a plus).
• Solid experience with RESTful API integrations including security, observability, and OAuth workflows.
• Hands-on SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting; ability to translate metrics into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer integrations from analysis to go-live, ensuring fast time-to-live and best practices.
• Collaborate with fintechs, banks, and software vendors to define optimal API connections.
• Ensure design meets business, regulatory and compliance needs with Sales/Compliance/Product teams.
• Communicate integration status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders clearly.
• Own the health of assigned accounts in production with proactive monitoring and incident prevention.
