Job summary

team.blue is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our AI & Data function. You will transform raw data into trusted analytics-ready datasets, build KPIs and semantic models, and deliver data products that feed our presentation and reporting layers across marketing, product usage, and revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you will collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders, autonomously exploring new data domains, validating assumptions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related role.
• Hands-on with dbt Core/Cloud as a core requirement.
• Experience with Databricks or similar (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Strong dimensional modelling and data warehouse patterns.
• SQL prowess with complex transformations and window functions.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple data domains.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Experience across marketing, product analytics, customer care, financial/subscription data.

Responsibilities

• Design and build dbt models on Databricks transforming raw data into clean, conformed datasets.
• Define KPI logic with business and analytics stakeholders ensuring consistency across domains.
• Maintain and evolve the semantic/presentation layer with reliable data products.
• Apply software engineering practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Independently onboard new data domains, explore data, and align KPI definitions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to enable reporting and self-service.
