Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the sampling plan for seeds, flours, powders, and textured products.
• Collect, identify, store, and prepare samples for analysis.
• Determine the nutritional and mineral composition of the analyzed samples.
• Evaluate the physicochemical, rheological, and structural properties of the samples.
• Acquire, process, and optimize hyperspectral data and images using capture and spectral analysis systems.
• Develop, optimize, and validate statistical and AI models for classification and prediction of samples.
