Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Analytical Chemistry Specialist for a Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Spain. The role involves evaluating AI-generated analytical chemistry content, applying spectroscopy, chromatography, and electrochemical methods, and contributing to model improvements in a remote freelance setting.

You will review theoretical and practical scenarios, document weaknesses, and provide detailed scientific feedback to enhance AI accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or closely related discipline preferred; equivalent advanced expertise may also be valuable.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles, instrumentation, spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical methods, and method development.
• Experience in laboratory-based research, method validation, pharmaceutical or environmental testing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with MS, HPLC, GC, and NMR techniques; QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to identify inaccuracies, assess arguments, interpret experimental scenarios, and document findings clearly.
• Excellent technical writing and clear communication of complex scientific concepts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy and logical consistency in analytical chemistry questions.
• Develop and evaluate scenarios involving spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical analysis, and method development.
• Assess advanced techniques such as MS, HPLC, GC, and NMR interpretations.
• Identify model weaknesses and document errors to guide AI improvements.
• Contribute detailed scientific feedback and propose improvements to prompts and testing methods.
• Support QA/QC principles and ensure reliability of AI-generated outputs.
• Explain conclusions and document analytical reasoning to improve model transparency.
