Orla is seeking a Regional HSE & Compliance Manager for Iberia & Italy to lead health, safety and environmental compliance across Spain, Portugal and Italy. The role aligns sites with Group standards while adapting to local law requirements.

Fluent English and Spanish are required; you will coordinate with statutory prevention resources, audits, and documentation. Occasional travel within the region is expected.

Formación

• Degree-level education in Health & Safety or an equivalent qualification.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Significant HSE experience across multi-site operations, including compliance, auditing and incident investigation.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish occupational H&S requirements.
• Knowledge of Italian H&S framework (D.Lgs. 81/08).
• Experience in PBSA, BTR or residential properties is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation of Group HSE strategy across Spain, Portugal and Italy.
• Interpret applicable HSE legislation and translate into practical guidance.
• Provide regional oversight of compliance and identify gaps.
• Monitor legislative developments and advise on policy implications.
• Coordinate with specialist resources when needed.
• Act as liaison with statutory prevention resources across the region.
• Coordinate with Spain’s Servicio de Prevención, Portugal and Italy’s RSPP.
• Maintain oversight of appointments, documentation and training.
• Coordinate assurance without substituting statutory duties.
• Oversee Fire Safety and building compliance with local requirements.
• Ensure fire risk assessment and emergency planning are maintained.
• Track certification dates and evidence closure.
• Support evacuation drills and emergency planning.
