Essity is seeking a Digital Marketing Activation Manager (d/f/m) to own demand generation and marketing performance for Amazon Europe across markets. Based in Madrid, this senior role leads full-funnel activation, from Sponsored Ads to content and promotions, and collaborates with agencies and internal partners to drive profitable growth.

You will translate commercial objectives into activation strategies, manage budgets, test new approaches with AI insights, and ensure scalable localization

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce/digital marketing with strong data analytics.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end demand generation for Amazon Europe across markets.
• Define and execute full-funnel activation strategies (ads, promotions, content).
• Manage budgets, ROI tracking, and cross-functional alignment with agencies and internal teams.
• Lead localization and scalability efforts across multiple European markets.
