Essity is hiring a Digital Marketing Activation Manager (d/f/m) for Amazon Europe. The role is based in Madrid, on‑site, and focuses on demand generation and marketing performance across Amazon Europe, with ownership of the activation strategy and cross‑market execution.

You will define how Essity wins in Amazon marketing at scale, drive budget decisions, and lead cross‑functional collaboration to deliver profitable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in e‑commerce, retail media, or performance marketing with 3+ years end‑to‑end ownership of Amazon (1P) marketing performance.
• Deep expertise in the Amazon marketing ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, DSP, promotions, content) and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end demand generation and marketing performance across Amazon Europe.
• Translate commercial objectives into activation strategies and performance targets.
• Drive full-funnel performance across traffic, conversion, and retention with budget decisions across channels.
• Define and lead full-funnel advertising strategy including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
