Pangea Propulsion is seeking an AIT Engineer to join the Systems team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for the layout, assembly and integration planning, interface definition, and planning of ground handling operations for launch vehicle propulsion systems and in-space propulsion.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of assembly, integration, and testing experience in aerospace.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, preferably Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of ECSS, ISO, MIL, ASME standards.
• Strong visualization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and test procedures.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define layout and interfaces between subsystems and components.
• Create and update Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Plan and document assembly, integration, and test activities.
• Define required ground support equipment for AIT.
• Translate high-level plans into detailed assembly and test procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure safe ground handling and testing.
• Lead assembly, integration, and testing activities and ensure quality documentation.
• Coordinate with launch operations for vehicle integration and pre-flight testing.
