Qualifications

• 8+ years in aerospace integration, assembly or maintenance.
• Proven team leadership and project management experience.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead three integration teams across assembly, maintenance and testing.
• Oversee installation and integration of tanks, propulsion and fluid systems.
• Supervise assembly of structures, pipelines, valves, sensors and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Monitor and report the progress of integration activities using the management system.
• Collaborate with propulsion, avionics and quality teams to meet objectives.
• Develop and optimize integration processes, including manuals and work orders.
