Be the key link between our Operational Control Centre (OCC) and all Vueling airports, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping operations efficient, helping solve any issues passengers may face, and making sure flights are ready to go on time, ultimately creating a great travel experience for our customers
Act as the main point of communication between the OCC and all Vueling airports, ensuring information flows clearly and efficiently.
Keep an eye on flight departures and arrivals, spotting potential risks and helping prevent delays.
Manage access to key operational systems so airport and handling teams have everything they need to do their jobs.
Oversee baggage operations, helping track and resolve any issues to minimize inconvenience for our passengers.
Prepare and share daily operational reports with key stakeholders, highlighting important updates and insights.
Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners (including social media and lost & found) to resolve passenger needs and operational challenges.
No specific degree is required, but experience in aviation or customer service is a big plus.
Solid understanding of airport operations and ticketing systems.
Ability to stay calm and solve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Around 1 year of experience in an airport environment is a plus, ideally covering different seasons to understand the full operation cycle.
Hands-on experience in airport handling or customer service roles is desirable, helping you understand passenger needs and operational priorities.
