Lufthansa seeks a Duty Manager in Palma to oversee airport operations, ensuring safe, punctual and high-quality service across shifts. You’ll coordinate station activities, monitor performance and lead training for staff and partners.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, leadership experience, and knowledge of airport procedures, with a focus on Safety, Compliance and reporting. Lufthansa offers dynamic aviation teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, including 1 year in ground operations.
• Leadership or team coordination experience desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Good knowledge of airport procedures and ground handling.
• Familiarity with Lufthansa Group operators, procedures and requirements.
• Experience with airlines or service partners desirable.
• Completed training in Passenger Services or Aircraft Handling.
• Proficiency in aviation-specific software and tools.
• Strong project management, organizational and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Valid driver’s license.
