Empresa PalmaActiva 7917 in Mallorca is recruiting a Labor Relations and Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to support the private aeronautics division with risk prevention and labor law compliance. You will coordinate occupational risk assessments, monitor regulatory compliance, and guide internal processes to maintain a safe, organized, and legally compliant workplace.

This is a permanent, full-time role (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00) with free weekends, offering €25,000–€28,000

Formación

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is mandatory.
• A university degree in Labor Relations or Law is required.
• At least one year of professional experience in labor relations and health & safety.
• Strong dedication to compliance, legal adherence, and risk management.
