Volotea is seeking a Logistics Projects Supervisor in Barcelona to lead retrofit campaigns, coordinate planning with Engineering and Delivery teams, and manage high-value component sourcing.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Aircraft Engineering, 5 years in logistics, and fluency in Spanish and English. A hybrid office setup in Barcelona is offered with an emphasis on collaboration and supplier management.

• Master’s degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in a Logistics environment.
• Experience with AIRBUS manuals and data sources.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Methodical, analytical minded and service-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team under pressure and manage supplier relations.

Responsabilidades

• Logistics support on retrofit campaigns, ordering, monitoring, planning with Engineering and Planning.
• Logistics support on Cabin Modification with deliveries from suppliers and OEMs, including pricing negotiation.
• Coordinating and ordering material for Service Bulletins prior to aircraft phase-in.
• Planning new deliveries of Wheels & Brakes with SAFRAN Landing System for phase-in.
• Sourcing and purchasing high-value or strategic components.
• Planning and providing logistics support with materials like Wi-Fi, Cabin Light Kits, Seat sets, Carpet kits.
• Other duties to support Logistics Manager and Technical Director.

How will it be to work with us?

• Logistics support on new and ongoing retrofit campaigns, ordering, monitoring, planning jointly with Engineering and Planning Dept.

• Logistics support on Cabin Modification, ordering, monitoring, planning with Delivery Team of all BFE material (Seat sets, Emergency Equipment, Carpet, NTF and all cabin elements) including negotiation of the pricing, management of the deliveries with providers and OEMs such as Airbus, SAFRAN, etc.

• Coordinating and ordering material jointly with Engineering Dept. for Service Bulletins in preparation for aircraft phase-in.

• Planning new deliveries of Wheels & Brakes with SAFRAN Landing System to retrofit the aircrafts in preparation for aircraft phase-in.

• Sourcing and purchasing of high-value or strategic component investments.

• Planning and providing Logistics support with specific material as Wi-Fi, Cabin Light Kits, Seat sets,Carpet kits,in preparation for aircraft phase-in.

• Other duties assigned to support Logistics Manager and Technical Director.
