Volotea, la aerolínea de ciudades pequeñas y medianas en Europa, busca un Supervisor de Proyectos de Logística en Barcelona. Coordinarás campañas de retrofit y modificaciones, gestionando proveedores y materiales para asegurar la preparación de aeronaves.

Se exige Maestría en Ingeniería aeronáutica y 5 años de experiencia en logística, con dominio de Airbus. Se valora español e inglés fluidos y capacidad de trabajar en equipo bajo presión en un entorno híbrido en Barcelona.

Formación

• 5 años de experiencia trabajando en logística.
• Dominio de español e inglés (fluidez).
• Experiencia en datos y manuales de Airbus.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar la logística en campañas de retrofit y modificaciones de cabina.
• Coordinar con Ingeniería y Planificación en compras y entregas.
• Gestionar proveedores y materiales críticos para aeronaves.
• Planificar entregas de componentes de alto valor para fases de ingreso.

Being Logistics Projects Supervisor in Volotea means being at the heart of operations, connecting Engineering, Planning and top partners. Lead retrofit and cabin projects, manage key suppliers and materials, and ensure aircraft readiness. Ownership, impact and growth in a fast-paced environment.

How will it be to work with us?

• Logistics support on new and ongoing retrofit campaigns, ordering, monitoring, planning jointly with Engineering and Planning Dept.

• Logistics support on Cabin Modification, ordering, monitoring, planning with Delivery Team of all BFE material (Seat sets, Emergency Equipment, Carpet, NTF and all cabin elements) including negotiation of the pricing, management of the deliveries with providers and OEMs such as Airbus, SAFRAN, etc.

• Coordinating and ordering material jointly with Engineering Dept. for Service Bulletins in preparation for aircraft phase-in.

• Planning new deliveries of Wheels & Brakes with SAFRAN Landing System to retrofit the aircrafts in preparation for aircraft phase-in.

• Sourcing and purchasing of high-value or strategic component investments.

• Planning and providing Logistics support with specific material as Wi-Fi, Cabin Light Kits, Seat sets,Carpet kits,in preparation for aircraft phase-in.

• Other duties assigned to support Logistics Manager and Technical Director.

Ready to join us?

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Master’s degree Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience working in Logistics environment.
• Experienced in working with AIRBUS manuals and data sources.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is essential.
• Methodical, analytical minded and service-oriented
• Attentive to details without losing sight of the whole picture of an airline operation.
• Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
