Amaris Consulting busca un Senior AI Tech Lead (RAG) para liderar un equipo internacional en proyectos de IA en la nube. Se valorará experiencia en RAG, Generative AI, Azure y liderazgo técnico.

Se requiere dominio de inglés y español, y capacidad para coordinar arquitecturas, estándares y entregas end‑to‑end en entornos Azure. Ofrecemos un entorno dinámico y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• 6+ años de experiencia en AI/ingeniería de software o roles técnicos afines.
• Experiencia previa como líder técnico, AI Lead, AI Architect o similar.
• Sólido conocimiento de Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) y grandes modelos de lenguaje.
• Experiencia práctica con Azure OpenAI y soluciones en la nube basadas en Azure.
• Conocimientos de Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB y Azure Key Vault.
• Experiencia diseñando y entregando soluciones de IA de extremo a extremo en entornos cloud.
• Conocimiento de Prompt Engineering y buenas prácticas de Generative AI.
• Experiencia liderando equipos de ingeniería y mentorizando perfiles técnicos.
• Alto dominio de inglés (escrito y hablado).
• Dominio profesional de español (escrito y hablado).

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y coordinar un equipo de IA interdisciplinario de hasta 6 ingenieros.
• Definir estándares técnicos, mejores prácticas y guías arquitectónicas para soluciones de IA.
• Diseñar, desarrollar y supervisar sistemas backend y APIs que respalden productos de IA.
• Impulsar la implementación de soluciones RAG y otras iniciativas de Generative AI.
• Diseñar plataformas de IA en la nube utilizando tecnologías de Azure.
• Colaborar con Product Owners, Ingenieros de IA, Desarrolladores, DevOps y stakeholders.
• Realizar revisiones de código, mentoría técnica y difusión de conocimientos.
• Garantizar fiabilidad, escalabilidad, observabilidad y alta disponibilidad en despliegues de IA.
• Monitorear tendencias de Generative AI, LLMs y Prompt Engineering e traducirlas en iniciativas accionables.
• Contribuir a la entrega exitosa de productos de IA innovadores para el negocio.

We are looking for an experienced AI leader with a strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative AI, and Azure technologies to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. Spanish fluency is required for this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 6+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, AI Lead, AI Architect, or similar leadership position .
• Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure-based cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault .
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI best practices.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring technical professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Lead and coordinate a cross‑functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and oversee scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI products.
• Drive the implementation of RAG solutions and other Generative AI initiatives.
• Architect cloud‑based AI platforms using Azure technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, AI Engineers, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and high availability across AI deployments.
• Monitor industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of innovative AI products for the business.
