Anson McCade partners with a Madrid-based technology business to build a world-class AI engineering capability. This is an early-stage team delivering cutting-edge AI solutions for global clients, with production-grade systems and real business impact from day one.

You will design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions, build LLM-powered applications, and work with stakeholders to translate commercial problems into scalable systems.

Formación

• Strong understanding of machine learning theory and practical implementation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI, RAG and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• Build production-ready applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop agentic AI workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate commercial problems into AI solutions.
• Design scalable AI systems and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to production deployment.
• Stay at the forefront of AI research and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas into production.

If you're passionate about machine learning, generative AI and building production-grade AI systems, this role offers the chance to work on challenging projects with genuine impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• Build production-ready applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop agentic AI workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and evaluation frameworks.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with engineers who have experience in several of the following:

• Strong understanding of machine learning theory and practical implementation.
• Commercial experience building and deploying AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI, RAG and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of scalable system design and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for solving complex technical problems.

Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
