Job summary

Thales España is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Science role to drive innovation across multidisciplinary teams, supporting and promoting AI at the highest level. You will work on NLP and multimodal Human-Machine Dialog, translating end-user needs into specifications and influencing strategic decisions with an outside-in perspective.

The role offers flexible hours and remote-friendly arrangements within Spain, with opportunities to grow across Defence, Security and Civil domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering; PhD is a plus.
• Experience across AI environments and technologies.
• Mentor, team player with strategic influence.
• User-centric and creative problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Thales AI strategy by developing expertise in your AI specialty.
• Propose AI functionalities and novel approaches.
• Work on NLP/NLU and multimodal Human-Machine Dialog.
• Define system capabilities with value analysis to meet user needs.
• Translate user needs into specifications with a customer-centric view.
