Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking an AI-focused Software Engineer to design and implement scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will work across multiple locations in Spain, linking APIs and services, and driving deployment of AI features with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability.

The role demands experience with Generative AI, cloud technologies, and leadership in multidisciplinary teams, plus a proactive, maker mindset and interest in new architectures and tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in delivering software development projects.
• Experience in Generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks.
• Cloud environments experience.
• Knowledge in AI (vector databases, LLMs, etc.).
• Knowledge of SDLC with DevOps, observability and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI into existing business ecosystems, connecting with APIs, internal and external services.
• Development and termination of services using automatic code generation tools.
• Coordinate and be part of technical teams and accompany and participate in the implementation.
• Keep up to date with the latest advances in applied AI.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of AI tools.
• Interlocution with different stakeholders, both internal and external (end customer, partners, etc.).
