Job summary
Ledgy is seeking a Software Engineer for its AI Systems team to build the Ledgy Agent, the MCP server, and platform capabilities that enable safe AI across domains. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to drive correctness and speed in a fast-moving product area with real equity data to trust.
The role spans design, implementation, evaluation, and scaling of AI features in Ledgy’s web app, with a focus on observability, cost, and reliability as usage grows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Built and shipped agentic or LLM-based software to production
- Designed the agent itself: tools, skills, context, and prompt engineering
- Improved systems with evidence: evals, tracing, feedback from usage
- Kept up with foundation labs and wider community on AI agents
- Participated in deciding what to build and prioritized customer value
Responsibilities
- Design and build Ledgy Agent and MCP surface
- Shape the MCP server and safe exposure of features
- Measure and improve agent quality with evaluations and tracing
- Scale the AI platform for growth and reliability
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers and designers
