Ledgy is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and scale our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll join the Platform team to improve GCP/Kubernetes, observability, security, and on-call reliability, enabling engineers to ship quickly and safely. Remote across Spain and other EU countries; strong focus on cost efficiency and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualificações
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure and production systems.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code tools (GCP, Terraform).
- Strong CI/CD design and improving developer experience.
- Ability to diagnose issues across networking, infrastructure, and applications.
- Commitment to observability and security in production environments.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
Responsabilidades
- Design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP and Kubernetes with Terraform.
- Speed up CI/CD feedback loops and improve developer experience with self-service tooling.
- Improve observability, define meaningful SLOs, and reduce alert noise.
- Collaborate with InfoSec on secure delivery and guardrails for AI-assisted workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response during working hours (potential 24/7 in future).
