Opsfleet seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design autonomous, production-grade agentic systems and architectures that enable multiple agents to coordinate, self-correct, and execute complex workflows in production environments.

This remote-first role uses LangChain, MCP, and modern orchestration frameworks on AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI to build scalable GenAI apps with strong safety, memory, and personalization for diverse clients.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years Python experience with a focus on modular architecture and clean code.
• Expert-level proficiency in modern orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Agno, Strands, ADK).
• Deep experience with AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI for enterprise-scale deployments.

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy Multi-Agent Systems that enable autonomous reasoning and execution.
• Develop Context Management strategies including semantic summarization and token-efficient pruning.
• Implement Function Calling and Tool Definition interfaces using MCP for external APIs and databases.
• Architect robust state handling for long-running agentic tasks with LangChain/LangGraph/ADK.
• Incorporate Production Safety Measures and guardrails to ensure reliability.
• Build memory layers for user Preferences and personalization over time.
• Define evaluation criteria for Agentic Evaluation and trajectory consistency.
