DWS Group is seeking an AI Security CoE Lead, VP in Madrid to define the AI security strategy and operating model, building a scalable function that enables secure innovation.

You will lead across engineering, data protection, risk and compliance, manage consultants, and drive governance, standards, and metrics in a regulated financial services environment. This role offers hybrid working and opportunities to influence the security culture.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in cybersecurity across engineering, architecture, vulnerability management, app/cloud security or risk in regulated environments.
• Experience applying security foundations to AI/ML and GenAI security.

Responsabilités

• Define the AI security strategy, operating model, roadmap, governance, and service catalog.
• Lead secure AI enablement across business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit.
• Establish AI security standards, controls, metrics, and Mythos readiness.
• Coordinate AI architecture, red teaming, engineering, data protection, and assurance capabilities.
• Build a long-term team and manage specialist consultants and vendors.
