Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) is seeking an Internal Systems Data and Automation Engineer to advance data foundations and automation across global R&D and IT interfaces. You will bridge data engineering and business processes to support scalable, compliant tool ecosystems.

Joining a cross-functional team, you will deliver data analytics, modernize data pipelines, and enable intelligent automation while upholding data integrity and security across Spain, the US, Germany and Switzerland.

Formación

• Experience in Diagnostics or regulated environments.
• Exposure to Design Control and product development processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, HR/Learning systems like Workday or Cornerstone.
• Experience with LIMS, ELN and asset management systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools and conversational interfaces.
• Knowledge of cloud data warehouses and providers (Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to translate technical findings to business insights for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support data insights and data source integrations across internal tool ecosystems.
• Drive data modernization and migration to scalable architectures.
• Build foundations for Agentic AI and advanced automation.
• Bridge technical teams and business units to define use-case requirements.
• Generate data-driven visualizations to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure risk, data and systems compliance with experts.
• Collaborate globally with Spain, US, Germany and Switzerland teams.
• Operate within procedures to manage assigned projects.
