Allianz Services is seeking an experienced IS Solution Architect – AI Security to lead design, governance, and evolution of security architectures for AI/ML systems and GenAI deployments. You will oversee model risk, data pipelines, and secure MLOps within a framework that complies with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO standards.

The role requires strong governance capabilities, zero-trust aligned security controls, and the ability to communicate risk and architecture decisions to senior leaders.

Formación

• Degree in information security, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of AI security architecture or security engineering in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems and MLOps security integration.
• Knowledge of AI-specific threats and attack vectors (prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, etc.).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and cloud AI services security (IAM, model isolation, secure endpoints).
• Understanding of LLM and GenAI security, RAG pipelines, and AI gateway architectures.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO standards for governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain enterprise AI security architectures across training, data pipelines, and inference endpoints.
• Provide architectural guidance on securing AI/ML platforms and cloud services.
• Draft and maintain AI security policies and model risk standards per EU and NIST frameworks.
• Define and track KPIs for AI security posture and report to security leadership.
• Lead architecture review board processes and advise AI/data engineering teams.
