Job summary

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks an AI Search Innovation Lead to drive the brand’s authority in AI search. You will lead testing of how LLMs construct answers and design analytical frameworks to track visibility across AI models and platforms.

Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and PR is essential to optimize ingestion architectures and accelerate LLM perception.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Big Data (STEM) field.
• 6–9 years of SEO experience with ownership and proactive problem solving.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-based decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Python/JavaScript; SQL familiarity is a plus; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic evolution of core SEO practices across major LLMs and AI search results.
• Lead testing and measurement of how SEO signals influence LLM citations and generative presence.
• Design and maintain analytics to measure AI visibility performance; integrate data sources.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure data schema, site architecture, API feeds are optimized for AI ingestion.
• Evaluate new LLM releases and AI models; translate developments into testing strategies.
• Design and execute PR and community strategies to accelerate LLM perception.
