Fever is seeking an AI Search Innovation Lead to drive the evolution of our brand’s authority in the next era of search, focusing on impact over acronyms. You will lead the testing and measurement of how LLMs construct answers, designing analytical frameworks to track visibility across major AI models and emerging platforms like MCPs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Big Data (STEM degree).
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in SEO with ownership and detail orientation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-based decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Working knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages; SQL is a plus.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; additional languages are valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategic evolution of core SEO practices by integrating methods to secure our brand’s authoritative presence across all major LLMs and AI search results.
• Lead testing and measurement: design and execute testing to decipher how SEO signals influence LLM citations and generative presence.
• Design and maintain the analytical framework to measure AI visibility performance; integrate data sources and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure data schema, site architecture, and API feeds support AI ingestion and prioritization by models.
• Continuously evaluate new LLM releases, AI models, and emerging platforms, translating developments into testing strategies.
• Design and execute PR and community strategies to accelerate and measure LLM perception.
