Aily Labs seeks exceptionally smart AI Research Engineers to join a small, highly technical team in Barcelona. You will work on bleeding-edge AI, focusing on LLMs, Agentic AI, model fine-tuning, and robust ML systems.

You will translate breakthroughs into deployable product enhancements and collaborate with Data Science, MLE, and Product teams, with opportunities to publish in top conferences. A master's degree and solid ML fundamentals are required; Docker expertise is a plus.

Formación

• Master's degree in a highly technical field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Deep, mathematical intuition for classical ML, deep learning, and how models learn across the board.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL; strong experience with Language Models and agentic AI workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, set up, and run experiments on LLMs, Agentic AI, model fine-tuning, and broader ML systems with reproducible research pipelines.
• Write clean, modular code following software engineering best practices.
• Deliver projects with autonomy and clearly present results; translate findings into deployable product enhancements.
• Bridge research and product by guiding Data Science, MLE, and Product teams with actionable directions.
• Mentor team members and drive adoption of impactful research innovations across engineering teams.
• Define and develop robust end-to-end code pipelines for cutting-edge models (MLOps).
• Represent research efforts externally, build university relationships, and pursue top-conference publications.
