Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in Spain seeks an AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and LLM initiatives, bridging business objectives and technical execution within an Agile environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and executive leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions and process redesign aligned with strategic priorities.

This hybrid role requires 5–10+ years in project or program management in technology, with proven experience

Qualifications

5–10+ years of project or program management experience in technology or data-driven initiatives.
Proven experience delivering AI/ML and LLM-based solutions in production environments.
Experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed, cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage both internal engineering teams and external vendors.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (data pipelines, model lifecycle, generative AI).

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, success metrics and roadmap aligned to business goals.
Lead Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
Own end-to-end project health including scope, timeline, budget, risks and quality.
Translate business requirements into technical execution plans with clear milestones.
Oversee delivery of AI/ML and LLM-based solutions from definition to MVP and production.
