Job summary

Accenture España is seeking an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production‑grade agentic AI systems across the enterprise technology stack. You will work with client engineering teams, lead technical design sessions, and craft reusable patterns that scale beyond individual engagements.

This role emphasizes hands‑on production engineering, LLM orchestration, and end‑to‑end governance of AI systems in dynamic client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade AI systems.
• Strong backend and production debugging skills.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs in production.
• Familiarity with MLOps, observability, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern production‑grade agentic systems at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG pipeline standards and embedding strategies.
• Set multi‑LLM integration standards across providers.
• Own LLMOps at programme scale including eval strategy and observability.
• Lead client engineering engagements and drive architecture sessions.
• Publish reusable patterns and accelerators for the practice.
• Define and present AI impact metrics to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep production experience with agentic AI solutions.
