Zooplus in Madrid is seeking a QA Engineer to redefine quality assurance by leveraging AI-driven methods across the SDLC. You will help establish best practices and empower teams to ship reliable software.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled test automation and collaboration with development and product teams to measure and improve QA efficiency and product quality. This position follows a hybrid work model with office presence in Madrid and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Strong foundation in QA principles and methodologies.
• Interest in applying AI tools to QA (AI-assisted test case generation, anomaly detection).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and training.

Responsabilidades

• Research, evaluate, and pilot AI-powered test tools for automation and AI-driven QA.
• Develop guidelines and frameworks for integrating AI into the QA process.
• Create training materials to enable engineers to adopt AI-enhanced QA techniques.
• Collaborate with development, product and platform teams to embed AI QA into daily workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define metrics to measure the impact of AI adoption on QA efficiency, test effectiveness, and product quality.
• Advocate for AI in Quality Assurance and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
