Haddock is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own AI-native initiatives for our Barcelona-based B2B SaaS platform. You will bridge AI technology and restaurant operations, owning discovery, validation, and delivery while maintaining close customer proximity in the city.

Formación

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Curiosity to experiment with cutting-edge AI models.
• Strong judgment to align decisions with company objectives.
• Customer love: deep understanding of user needs and workflows.
• Proactivity and ownership, with a bias for action.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Vision: align discovery with business goals using data and user insight.
• Fast Iteration: prioritize small, actionable releases; prototype, launch, learn.
• Direct Customer Feedback: join customer meetings and study their workflows.
• AI Orchestration: define how AI agents interact with systems at scale.
• Full Ownership: own the lifecycle from 'Why' to adoption and impact.
• Lead the Bar: ensure exceptional UX and ship value quickly.
