SABIA Personal is seeking a Manager with a strong technical background in data science or AI to lead the design, implementation, and production deployment of ML, vision, or Generative AI systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into products and drive challenging projects forward.

You will guide international engineering teams, define technical direction, manage end-to-end projects, and contribute to the company’s tech strategy while maintaining strong client

Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in AI, CS, DS, Physics, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in AI/data science.
• 2+ years in project management leading engineering teams.
• 3+ years in hands-on data science/AI in production.
• Experience deploying ML/AI systems in cloud environments.
• Proficient in Python, Docker and Git.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international engineering teams to deliver AI solutions for top clients.
• Define technical direction and ensure quality of approaches and tech used.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion with clear scope and deliverables.
• Develop project plans with timelines, resources and risks.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to tech strategy and provide client-facing insights.
