Quantion in Spain seeks senior profiles with hands-on experience to design, build, and integrate AI-powered engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable software delivery. You will develop reusable AI-enabled solutions and integrate AI models, tools, and platforms across engineering teams.

The role emphasizes governance, automation, and balance of usability, security, and cost while collaborating with platform, DevOps, and product teams to improve the software delivery lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong software engineering experience with Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks into production systems.
• Understanding prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, and AI agent concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities, workflows, and reusable components.
• Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.
• Design reusable platform capabilities that accelerate AI adoption across teams.
• Define automation levels, human oversight, and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance when designing AI solutions.
• Develop production-ready, observable, and maintainable AI-enabled services.
• Implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams to integrate AI into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Support engineering teams with documentation, templates, and best practices.
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve AI capabilities.
