OCU is seeking a Marketing Expert to lead adoption of innovative methodologies, AI-powered solutions, and new marketing techniques to improve decision-making, commercial execution, and customer engagement. The role involves driving go-to-market innovations across marketing and sales teams in an international setting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial excellence, business development, sales, or go-to-market strategy roles.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams in methodology adoption or commercial transformation initiatives.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Digital, Innovation, Analytics and BT teams.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-driven commercial solutions and innovative sales techniques.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Ability to balance innovation with operational consistency.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to influence and drive adoption without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, field-ready processes.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to change.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the adoption of new sales methodologies and innovative go-to-market approaches across marketing and commercial teams.
• Identify, test, and progressively scale new marketing techniques, building on the existing commercial foundation while introducing new ways to engage customers.
• Ensure the marketing dimension of company initiatives is clearly defined, commercially relevant, and translated into effective sales readiness and market delivery.
• Contribute to strategic projects by providing marketing expertise, piloting new approaches, and supporting adoption by commercial teams.
• Explore and support the adoption of AI-driven solutions, in collaboration with business and implementation teams, to improve commercial decision-making and customer engagement.
• Enable commercial teams to adopt new tools and methodologies by turning them into clear, practical ways of working that support day-to-day execution.
