Totalum is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Automation in Valencia to own and scale the customer acquisition engine. You will blend marketing judgment with AI-native execution, running campaigns when needed and supervising agents that execute tasks at scale.

You’ll own three core growth areas: paid acquisition, outbound prospecting, and social media, focusing on measurable growth and high-quality content distribution.

Formación

• 3+ years in Growth/Performance Marketing or similar role.
• Hands-on paid ads management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads; experience with Meta/LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience creating social content for LinkedIn and X.
• Strong copywriting across ads, landing pages, cold emails, and social content.
• Comfortable with analytics, attribution, CRM data, and dashboards.
• Analytical and data-driven with experiments and performance data.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot automation issues.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
• Own targeting, campaign structure, creative testing, copy, and landing pages coordination.
• Track CAC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and pipeline metrics.
• Work with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
• Monitor deliverability, reply rates, and pipeline progression.
• Run structured experiments to improve outbound performance.
• Oversee AI-powered workflows and marketing automation.
• Review agent outputs for quality and impact.
• Collaborate with product/tech to improve automation.
