UserTesting is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer with deep cloud, DevOps, and AI tooling expertise. This hands-on role focuses on deploying and maintaining AI tools, hosting environments, and cloud infrastructure to support our AI initiatives, with an 80/20 split between AI building and traditional cloud work.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and/or DevOps, with AWS and/or GCP.
• Strong scripting and automation in Python and Bash.
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS/Cloud Run).
• Infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with IDP tools (Okta) and OAuth/SSO concepts.
• Ability to mentor IT staff and work across Security, Engineering.
• Cloud security, governance, and cost optimization awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain MCP servers connecting AI systems to internal tools and data sources.
• Design hosting environments for AI apps on AWS/GCP with scalable architectures.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and IaC for AI-hosted services.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and cost/usage tracking for AI infra.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and People Ops to improve governance and reliability.
• Provide mentorship and act as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
