Job summary
Allianz Technology is seeking an AI Delivery & Platform Engineer to enable AI-assisted development tooling across BMP delivery teams. You will configure, secure, and operate Claude Code and related tools, integrate them with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks, and support delivery teams in using these capabilities effectively.
The role requires hands-on software engineering, tooling integration experience, and strong problem-solving skills with excellent English
Qualifications
- Hands-on software engineering background.
- Experience with development tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Ability to work independently as a technical specialist.
- Strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and operate AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code).
- Ensure AI tooling integrates with repos, codebases and tests.
- Integrate tooling into CI/CD pipelines following standards.
- Manage tooling configuration, upgrades, and standards.
- Support delivery teams in using AI tooling effectively.
- Serve as first escalation point for AI tooling issues.
- Troubleshoot failures across environments.
- Ensure secure and compliant AI tooling operation with DevOps.
