Tungsten Automation is seeking an AI Governance Lead to own the governance of skills, plugins, and applications used across the company. You will set standards and tooling to enable scalable AI value creation. You will work close to the business, surface duplication, consolidate assets, and ensure security and privacy.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 7+ years building and running production software or platforms.
• Experience setting standards and achieving adoption across teams.
• Experience coaching non-engineers to build and contribute.
• Ability to protect standards while managing stakeholder requests.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global catalogue of skills, plugins, connectors, and applications.
• Define authoring standards and release-ready criteria.
• Review and approve assets before publication and re-review on changes.
• Run distribution so assets reach the right audience company-wide.
• Prevent overlap and ensure Security and Privacy controls.
• Measure usage and retire unused assets.
• Define internal architectures and guardrails for new projects.
