Tungsten Automation is seeking an AI Governance Lead to oversee the governance framework for AI initiatives across the company in Barcelona. The role focuses on defining standards, plugins, skills, and applications to ensure scalable and compliant AI solutions.

The candidate will establish reusable governance patterns, promoting safety, quality, and reusability of AI components across teams in a fast-growing tech environment.

Job Purpose

Around 2,200 people at Tungsten Automation now use AI in their daily work, and a growing number of them build with it. Some are professional developers. Many are business users who ship working applications without an engineering background.
