Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. seeks a senior AI governance specialist to design and operate responsible AI practices across the enterprise AI stack.

You will develop risk-based governance, evaluation methodologies, and compliance controls for safe deployment of AI models and agents, working with engineering, legal, quality, and security teams. You will translate regulatory and quality requirements into measurable controls, ensure audit readiness, and help scale responsible AI while enabling

Formación

• Experience building or operating ML/LLM evaluation infrastructure in production.
• Working knowledge of regulated computerized systems; GxP, Part 11, or equivalent validation experience strongly preferred.
• The credibility to be trusted by both engineers and compliance officers, and the translation skill to keep them out of each other's way.
• Curiosity about AI, its potential and its pitfalls, with a habit of reading failure analyses and testing ideas.
• Lifelong learners who reinvent their toolkit and learn in public, treating being wrong as information.
• Excellent communication and the ability to influence across functions and levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and operationalize responsible and trustworthy AI practices with governance frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed responsible AI principles into development workflows and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure technical architecture fit for Audit and policy via Eval suites and observability, with production-ready governance.
