Tungsten Automation seeks an AI Governance Lead to own the governance of skills, plugins, and applications across the organization. You will define standards, authoring criteria, and release processes to scale value creation from AI across departments.

You will enable builders through onboarding, training, and a community of practice, while coordinating with Security, Privacy and Legal to protect sensitive assets and ensure governance compliance.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years building and running production software or platforms; ownership of critical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own the governance of skills, plugins, and applications used across the company.
• Define standards and tooling; authoring and release processes; ensure reuse and scale.
• Lead enablement: onboarding, training, and a community of practice for builders.
• Collaborate with Security, Privacy, and InfoSec to protect assets and ensure compliance.
