Vivid Money is seeking a Product Engineer for Customer Care who blends product and engineering depth to build our conversational systems. You’ll own chat, voice, and knowledge-base tools, setting direction, writing specs, and sometimes shipping fixes yourself.

You will design bot workflows with engineers, prototype AI-driven improvements, run experiments, and drive measurable improvements in deflection, resolution, and CSAT as we scale self-service and automation across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in product management or product engineering with hands-on AI involvement.
• Proven track record shipping ideas from concept to live product.
• AI-native mindset: use LLMs and AI agents daily to move fast.
• Proficient in Python; comfortable with Git, databases, and system architecture.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions under uncertainty.
• Clear English communication; able to write specs engineers respect.
• Self-directed; proactive and autonomous.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Aufgaben

• Own 0-to-1 development of Customer Care conversational systems (chat, voice, knowledge base, tools).
• Design bot architecture with engineers: agents, routing, tools, and handoffs; weigh trade-offs.
• Research problems in data, prototype AI fixes, test on real conversations, and scale with engineering or PRs.
• Write, test, and iterate prompts, skills, and knowledge; build evals to catch regressions.
• Run A/B tests, define success metrics, and shut down what’s not working.
• Scale self-service via AI and automation while reducing cost-to-serve and maintaining CSAT.
