• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences end to end.
• Work across the stack from front-end to database with no handoffs.
• Prototype fast and validate with real users, especially in healthcare contexts.
• Build scalable, well-architected code that can grow with the product.
• Share AI-native workflows and document patterns for the team.
