Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ownership of production web applications from frontend through backend and deployment.
• Strong TypeScript experience and modern frontend framework knowledge (preferably React).
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go for backend development.
• Strong SQL knowledge and schema design for complex workflows.
• Experience deploying production apps on AWS or GCP.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants and ability to verify AI-generated code.
• High level of autonomy and a strong product mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production web apps end to end.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infra, and product workflows.
• Build modern UIs with TypeScript and React or equivalent.
• Develop backend services with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Design robust SQL schemas for real-time workflows.
• Deploy and operate apps in AWS or GCP.
• Leverage AI coding assistants while maintaining rigorous verification.
• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and customers.
• Own technical outcomes from problem definition to production.
• Secure and reliable handling of healthcare-related data.
