Job summary

Bask Health is seeking software engineers to join a fast-moving, AI-first team building the backbone of telehealth. You will own full features from concept to production, spanning front-end React/Next.js to backend tRPC/Prisma on SST.

As an engineer, you will ship high-quality experiences, prototype quickly with real users, and collaborate across the stack. You will work directly with leadership to scale the platform responsibly in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Full-stack generalist with product-from-0-to-1 experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to ship in a startup.
• Able to own entire projects or large codebase areas.
• Experience building paid products and services is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences end to end.
• Work across the stack from UI to API to database with no handoffs.
• Collaborate with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code in the loop.
• Prototype quickly and validate with real users, including patients and care teams.
• Build scalable code and maintainability, with reliable tests.
• Document prompts and workflows to enable faster team collaboration.
• Champion performance, accessibility and reliability across the product.
