Bask Health is seeking a full-stack engineer to collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO, helping to design the software infrastructure that powers telehealth. The role centers on building scalable, AI-led solutions with Next.js/React on the frontend and tRPC/Prisma on the backend in a monorepo.

Qualifications

• Experience building frontend and backend features in a monorepo.
• Ability to own features end-to-end from concept to production.
• Proficiency with React/TypeScript and modern toolchains.
• Comfort working in a startup environment and fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences.
• Work across the stack from UI to API to database with no handoffs.
• Work AI-first with Cursor and Claude Code to prototype and implement.
• Prototype quickly and validate with real users, including patients.
• Build for scale and own the codebase with maintainable patterns.
• Make automation legible and trustworthy for patients and providers.
• Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability across the product.
• Share AI-native workflows and document successful patterns.
